Welcome to my website.
Those of you here for my articles may notice that, after 20 years I am no longer writing a monthly column. However I am still very involved and have shifted my focus to teaching undergraduates and continuing education for post graduates. These endeavourers have generated a tremendous amount of content in the form of PowerPoint presentations. Rather than post them all, my webmaster has advised me to provide them by request. There are thousands of research based slides that cover almost all topics on nutrition and they are constantly updated. Please feel free to write or call and I will be happy to answer questions or provide you with content on the topic of your choice.
